Cayman tour FAQs

Clients are met approximately 45 – 60 minutes after arrival into port, at the terminal entrance/exit gate for their arriving ship and will be identified by a sign with their name on it.

Seven Seas Charters always monitors cruise ship arrivals and will make adjustments to cater to those ships who sometimes arrive late.

Your tour will obviously be canceled but you are not under any obligation whatsoever for payment - if this happens. Tours will not be canceled solely due to rain.

Since the inception of Seven Seas Charters, not a "single deposit" was accepted / taken from a client to secure their tour or private charter - but every client was met on time as previously arranged. By not taking deposits, it allows an easy cancellation process if the tour is to be canceled due to inclement weather or if the client request to do so.

George Town, Seven Mile Beach or West Bay. If residing on the north coast or eastern end of Grand Cayman, then pick up can be arranged (small additional charge) at "Kaibo Marina" which is approximately one mile south of Rum Point.

Due to Seven Seas Charters policy of not requiring deposits, we request that all tours / private charters that need to be canceled, to do so at least 7 -10 days prior to the scheduled date.

Clients are normally given "one hour" at each location which is considered adequate.

Courtesy transportation pick up/return at the stated locations, bottled water/soda's/fruit punch, complete snorkel gear including vests and food for the stingrays. Of course, "personalized service with less crowding and more fun".
